I was fortunate enough to be able to meet my grandmother, her cousin, and my third cousin all in Denver, CO. At this point, Denver is the furthest west I've ever been. I remember arriving at the airport which looks a lot like a circus tent with all of it's peaks and white roof and seeing the beautiful mountain views off in the distance. I just sat in my seat so excited for the following week of adventures. I met my grandmother in the lobby and from there we took the train into lower downtown, had a little lunch, hopped in my first taxi, and made our way to the air b&b. Which, mind you was the most adorable two bedroom, one bath apartment with an open living area, and in an old historic building. Online we were told of this rooftop deck the place offered so we made our way up two flights of stairs to find a spiral staircase to the cutest rooftop my eyes had ever witnessed. A few hours later Roberta arrived, and we all made a b-line for the dispensaries. Which, were the most convenient, and least sketchy thing I had ever done while trying to get some tree. We stocked up on goodies for the next couple of days and made our way home. The week we spent in Denver was filled with hiking, eating, smoking, adventuring, shopping, and belly laughs. Stay tuned for some of my favorite places that we visited in Colorado!
So much love to you all!
